Meet Glen

Hello, I'm Glen Pitman – born and raised in Hastings, with over 25 years of experience in construction management, dedicated to ensuring quality homes.

I started as a bench joiner, moving on to cabinet making at the esteemed Rycotewood Furniture College in Thame, Oxfordshire. Building on that foundation of art history and craftsmanship, in 1999, I earned a BA Hons degree in Interior Design and Architecture from Brunel's Buckinghamshire and Chilterns University College.

Throughout my career, I've progressed from finishing foreman to senior site management with leading housebuilders. My journey led me to specialize in the super-prime market, where I had the privilege of managing high-profile projects for high-net-worth clients. From luxurious residential estates to hospitals, houses, and flats, I've overseen it all, delivering results with precision and care.

Now living in West London with my wonderful wife and son, I’ve shifted my focus to inspecting new homes to ensure they meet the highest standards. With a meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to quality, I’m here to provide you with peace of mind and confidence in your new home.
